Hells Circus – Online Booking Terms & Conditions Purchasing Tickets: 

*This performance is strictly 18+ ID maybe required 

* Tickets can be booked up to 12 months in advance. 

* When tickets are purchased they are valid for the date and time on the ticket only. 

* Tickets can be transferred to an alternative date as long as you contact our Booking Office at least 48 hours in advance of your booked date on 07508 584 811. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit to your preferred date, but we will make all reasonable efforts to do so. 

* Tickets will be emailed to you using the email address provided when booking. 

* Tickets must be printed and exchanged at the circus big top entrance upon arrival. * All latest show updates will be posted on our social media pages. 

* There is a £1.00 charge per ticket when booking online. This is admin charges. By using this site or by sending your details to us by email, or otherwise, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this privacy policy. Refunds & Cancellations.

* Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations, duplicate tickets, missed shows, under any circumstances. 

* We may be able to transfer your booking to another day as long as you contact our Booking Office 48 hours before your scheduled visit on 07508 584 811. 

* We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit to your preferred date, but we will make reasonable efforts to do so. 

* Merlin Tickets have nothing to do with issuing refunds. You will need to contact Hells Circus. 

* Should we have to cancel an event due to Covid-19, or any other circumstances outside of our control, we will endeavour to re-schedule your booking. Should we be unable to do this you can use the value of your tickets towards another event in the future. Unfortunately, we cannot make refunds on tickets. Online Security.

* To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit details are encrypted on a secure server to minimise the possibility of anyone being able to read them as they are processed on the Internet. 

* We will not share your details with any other company or 3rd party and they will be solely used by Paulos Circus admin team for their purposes. 

* We do not store any credit or debit card details nor do we share them with any 3rd parties.
