Refunds & Cancellations: 

* Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations, duplicate tickets, missed shows, under any circumstances. * We may be able to transfer your booking to another day as long as you contact our Booking Office 48 hours before your scheduled visit on 07508 584811. * We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit to your preferred date, but we will make reasonable efforts to do so.

* Merlin Tickets have nothing to do with issuing refunds. You will need to contact Hells Circus. * Should we have to cancel an event due to Covid-19, or any other circumstances outside of our control, we will endeavour to re-schedule your booking. Should we be unable to do this you can use the value of your tickets towards another event in the future.

Unfortunately, we cannot make refunds on tickets.
